新春满苑草花艳
狡兔三窟风雨斜
酒洌引来一明月
诗香落下数飞蝶


Poems And Wine Are Fragrant

In the new spring  in the whole garden
grass and flowers are brilliant
The wily hare has three holes to his burrow
wind and rain are oblique

Wine is mellow
attracting a bright moon
The aromas of poems
a few flying butterflies falling

are pervading at the midnight
A curtain of the moonlight
plays the lute strings

My mood like the white clouds
verses are leisure
My heart no vulgar consideration
poems are noble and unsullied

紫陌青蕪雨裏種
粉絲珠淚鏡中垂

Wisps of the cool breeze
clouds accompany
A jade flute is melodious
moon follow closely

Tears of a fan shed
from the mirror
On the purple road
in rain green weeds planted

问道深山竹两百
叩门古寺月三更
新芽枝上逢甘雨
老柳湖边近暖风


Mountain And Lake

Asked the way in the deep mountain
two hundred bamboos
Knocked at the gate of the ancient temple
at the midnight moon

The new buds on the branches
met the good rain
The old willows by the river
near the warm wind
